Anthem BCBS of Ky

Anyone with Anthem BCBS of Kentucky? My Dr will be submitting my insurance info soon..and I'm nervous! It's kinda crazy you go thru all of this ..test..paper work..dr.visits..not knowing if there is any hope for approval. I even called my insurance company and if I get approved it pays 100% on RNY no co pay no deductible.

Please tell me theres HOPE!!

I have BCBS of New Jersey and my insurance pays 100% with no co-pay as well.  My info was submitted 25 days ago and I haven't heard anything yet.  The waiting is driving me crazy.

I have Anthem BCBS/Ohio and I was approved in less than 24 hrs.  Mine, like yours, pays 100%, so keep your fingers crossed, you could hear relatively fast.

I just wanted to say good luck to you.  I'm waiting for my approval...again. 

Candace in the state of Kentucky an insurance company has 30 day to make a decision whether they approve, deny or need addtional information and that statue is set by the Department Of Inusrance of KY  but inas a past employee for Anthem for 25 years they have a pretty good turnaround time unless they run into needing additional information.
