cigna denied

I got a denial letter today.  The good news is they didn't submit my past weight history stating i have had a bmi over 40 for more than 2 years.  I have that information that I can fax over tomorrow.  The bad news is I have to start waiting all over again. 

OoO goodness sorry to hear about your denial letter. But I am glad you do have an answer for the missing piece that they didn’t have. Good for you. Can’t wait for you to get your approval letter this time!

Thanks!  I'm trying to look at it as there is a reason I'm being delayed...the date I get will be meant to be.  :)
