any ideals on personal letter 2 tricare

i was just wondering if anyone had any ideals on what to put in your personal tricare pre-approval letter.im at a lost.

I would just be honest with how your daily living is affected by your obesity and any or all medical problems that is complicated by your obesity and give them history of your obesity and let them know why you want the surgery.

I am wondering why you have to or if you are required to do this. I am Tri~care and having RNY on 5-5 and I have not had to do anything as far as the ins is concerned.

No,it is not required but something my doctors office says can help get approval.
