BCBS of NC

I really need some encouragement here.  My company was on BCBS of IL last year - and they denied me even though I meet all the criteria....but it was too late in the year to fight it because my company switched to BCBS of NC.  They denied me for a completely different reason - because I need a psych eval done by a Psychiatrist not a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - so I am getting that done now...I am appealing with BCBS of NC....anyone have good experience here?  I am using an advocate to appeal....

I need inspiration at this point....

I have BCBS NC and I won my appeal after the second denial. I had VSG and they denied it claiming it was investigational.
