another aetna question about the years

Sorry I had another post similar to this but that post put the question  I had in a different perspective. If I has a weight of 40 BMI in October of 08' and 40 BMI in January of 09', would that count as two years of obesity. It's two different years so I was wondering if anyone knew? I know I sound like a broken record, but bear with me please. Thanks in advance. 

Call Aetna and ask or ask your surgeon's insurance coordinator.

I have Aetna and my surgeon's office told me they needed one weight from any time in 2007, one from anytime in 2008 and my visit to their office counted for 2009.  So your 2008 and 2009 are fine so close together but you still need 2007.

My papers are with Aetna now so I don' t yet have approval, but that's what I was told.
