Medicaid insurance

I am looking into having WLS surgery with Dr. Oliphant and I would like to know what kind of pre-surgery things and testing that the medical card has you do? And how long does it usually take to get approved for surgery? 

The best thing to do is call the number on the back of your card and check what the requirements are for them.
I have caresource which is a type of medicaid in Ohio.  I had to do a 9 month supervised diet and they had co morbidity requirements.
The good news is I just got approved!!!
