Callin the ins co while waiting for approval???

Ok, so I called this morning to check and see if they got all the paperwork. The guy I talked to was very nice. He said that everything was there, but it was still being reviewed. He said he thinks they have 2 wks to go over everything. I'll give it a day or two and call back.

I'm with you.  I have BCBS of TX.  I had to do the 6 month managed weight loss program.  My surgeon's office faxed the request for RNT this past Friday.  I called yesterday and asked if they had received everything.  They said it had not been "scanned" into the system and that they tell people it could take up to a week for that.  I'm very nervous and very anxious.  I plan on calling every single day.  From what I'm reading, everyone calls everyday, so you do the same!  Good luck.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!
