Anyone used photos to help prove 5 years obesity??

I have Horizon BCBS HMO Direct Accessin NJ. I'm having trouble with my proof of obesity for at least five years. If anyone has been able to use photos to help document, I would be most grateful to hear from you.

Most insurances will not except photos, they want progress notes from the PCP or other provider showing proof of the obesity weight
