BCBS LUMENOS PPO

Has anyone heard of any BCBS that would not pay?I just got denied and I was going to have mine Monday the 16th.I just wish Dr. Mitchell's office would have made sure it was approved before setting the date.

What was the reason for denial?  Is it a covered benefit in your insurance?  I think that most BCBS policies cover it but your employer can specifically exclude it.

Did you check with your insurance company to see if you WLS coverage under your policy.  Its the members responsibility to check to see if they have coverage
