health savings plans

Hello, I have an HMO in NV. It is only paying out 5K for the RNY, leaving me with 11K to front for the surgery.
I called around and ended up talking with people from Alliance Healthcare which have a healthsavings plan through Prime Liberty. They state that they "will" get me a reduction o costs out of pocket of 40-60%. I hope this works!!!

Anyone have experience with the above??
