Finance Company Question

Has anyone used Cometicreit, Medchoice, Citerra or any other such finance company?  What was your experience w/ them?   What kind of interest rate were you able to get? How easy was it to get approval?  If denied, what was the reason.  I was looking on the Cosmeticredic website, they didn't even ask for a SS#....and they claim to give a no interest loan (w/ 2-18 month payback plan).  I'm wondering if this is true.
