Trouble with Tricare

I have been denied. The reasons they gave are as follows...

I am not 100lbs overweight. 
   They have my height wrong for one and they correct weight for someone my height is 97-115 I am 207.

My thyroid levels are within normal range.  
    I have hypothyroidism and am on meds....Sooooo they said the meds work so the hypothyroidism doesn't count.

  So does anyone know if I have to actually go throught the whole appeal process or can it be resubmitted if certian things have changed like correcting my weight?
