Freelancers Union Insurance

Does anyone on these boards have Freelancers Union Insurance. I believe they are managed by Blue Cross/Blue Shield, but I am still unclear. They said they will cover WLS, but they are extremely vague about what information is needed for approval. They are very new (just established in January) so I am kind of guessing that the right foot doesn't know what the left foot is doing.

Any info would be greatly appreciated! 

Can you please tell me where you found the info that they cover WLS? I would love to look into this as well. Thanks!
