CIGNA in Virginia

Anyone have any advice for Cigna in Virginia?  I'm just starting the process of a possible revision on my RNY.

I too have Cigna but was recently denied. I am trying to get surgery at OSU(RNY) and was wondering why you were having a revision, if you don't mind sharing

I got my denial too... they confirmed they had all the paperwork on monday.. but today it went to medical director review and the medical director denied it because it was missing like half the required paperwork...
