Anyone paying for their own plastics?

Well my insurance covered the WLS but now I am facing reconstructive surgery (at least 2 procedures needed for sure).

Wouldn't you just know it that I no longer get those horrible sores (ulcers)!!! So I have no proof of this happening. I didn't have anyone to take pics of me when I had them (continually) pre-surgery. I also "doctored" myself. That was obviously a big mistake.

So I am just wondering if anyone else has faced PS themselves out of pocket?

I haven't had surgery yet (hope to in late February) but I'm already starting to save money to pay for my own plastic surgery in a year or so!  I read somewhere (can't remember where now) I should expect to pay around $30k for two surgeries to get everything done.  Don't know how accurate that is.
