New PCP and IPA

Good Morning,
I will have cigna hmo as of 1/1/09.  I need to find a  IPA and PCP that are weightloss friendly.  I was told to pick Monarch Medical Group, but still need to find a PCP.  I live in Orange County California.  Anyone use them??
