UINTED HEALTH CARE QUESTIONS ?????

Hello everyone, I currently have united health care and my weight loss coverage start in 2009. I KNOW EVERY EMPLOYER PICKUP DIFFERENT COVERAGE... I really want to know if anyone on OH have the WEB link to UNITED HEALTH CARE GENERAL BARIATRIC BENEFIT COVERAGE  OR KNOW ABOUT UNITED HEALTH CARE BASIC BARIATRIC COVERAGE. THIS WILL REALLY REALLY HELP ME OUT.    (I WENT ON the site SEVERAL TIMES and was UNLUCKY)
I HAVE HEARD GOOD AND BAD THINGS ABOUT UNITED HEALTH CARE.
PLEASE SHARE YOUR STORIES IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW HAVE/HAD UNITED HEALTH CARE... 

IF ANYONE HAVE ANY  INFORMATION IT WILL BE APPRECIATED GREATLY!!!

Was told taht I'm not covered today. I went through everything for six months, they paid it all but in the end UHC said my husbands co had an exclusion for the surgery.

UHC does not have it on their website. I went to my human resources department and asked for the Summary Plan Description.
UHC is just the administrator for your company's plan so they will not be able to give this information in a general form over any website. You can call and they will review it over the phone but if you want to see it in writing you'll need to go to your company directly.

Check for exclusions on plastic surgery as well. My policy covered my bypass but I had to work with my company directyl to get any plastics covered.
