Please let me know what you think

I received all my paperwork from my pcp.  I printed the pre-op surg. evaluation tool from my ins (BCBS of Tennessee) website.  My doctor has filled it out & have my notes from visits.  Will this questionaire be ok, or does she need to write a formal letter?

Every insurance is didffrent. your best bet is to call your insurance company and ask. Mine had to right a letter and my surgeon as well. Good luck

Thanks, I will give them a call.  I guess now is the nail biting time!  I can't wait until next week when everthing is submitted.  I want to be approved so badly,  all I can think of is things that may not be quite right for them or any reason why they may deny me.  I see you'll be having surgery real soon.  Gettin anxious, I bet.  Is your insurance covering surgery & if so, how long did it take to get an answer from them.

I have insurance through Tricare. My husband is in the military so everything is covered 100%. That I'm grateful for. If you read the post just above yours it may help. Good luck with getting approval. Keep us posted.
