Connecticare and WLS

Anyone have Connecticare, if so, are they approval friendly? Any prereq. prior to surgery like a 6 month phyiscian supervised diet? Thanks Maria.

Yes there is a 6 month supervised diet pre-requisite

Thank you for that clarification but unfortunately my employer is not picking up the WLS rider. Very depressing.
