Hi Dianne-
There are a few key components to the PCP letter of support. It needs to state you name, how long your PCP has been treating you, for what co-morbidities they have been treating you, and that they are recommending you for weight loss surgery. It usually helps if they say that they've worked with you on weight management and for how long and that they beleive you would benefit from weight loss surgery because it could resolve your co-morbidities. I've worked with many pateints to get approval for WLS, so this should do the trick! Best of luck to you in your journey towards weight loss surgery! Billie
