I AM APPROVED

I just recently found out I was approved and my insurance company pays 50% which leaves me with the remaining 50%. I'm a little worried about the amount I have to pay out of pocket which is approx. $12,500.00.  How do you guys afford this?  refi your home? 

I recieved the approval, but yet to receive a date.  Now I'm just worrying about the money.  First I was worried about being denied and not even thinking about the cost that I will be faced with.
