texas risk pool

has anyone gotten aprroved for surgery with texas risk pool?  What procedures do they cover?  What hoops do you have to go through?  I am out of options I have been denied yet again by an individual health policy.  I am self employed I am desperately looking for help.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank You

The Texas risk pool has an exclusion, as do all Texas state employee sponsored plans, sorry. Texas sucks. (In WLS, anyway.)
