BLISS COMPANY

Has anyone used a BLiss surgeon?  I finally found one in my area his name is Stephen Hamn.  He practices with Dr Cribbins?  DOes anyone know how it works when you go to a Bliss surgeon for complications.  I have to self pay and this is sounding good!  OR is this one of those to good to be true????? Would love to hear about the doctors or the way BLISS works???
