Insurance question for WI/MN

Hi, I live in WI and am on medical assistance. (CompCare/Badgercare)
I know our medical does NOT pay for the DS. I am willing to try fighting it though.
I have thought about hopping the bridge over to DULUTH MN and am wondering if anyone in Duluth MN or similar to their state medical assistance is covering the DS.
