Help

I just got denied by BCBS of AZ ppo.  The reason they say was because of my psychological evaluation.  They said that on the day in question the doctor asked me what I had eaten I told him fast food well in his evaluation he said that is all I eat day to day which I do not.  They said based on that they fill that I would not change my eating habits if I had the surgery...Anyone got any advice on what my next move should be?????

have the psycologist wright a letter stating that there was a misunderstanding about what you eat and do an appeal!

I just got the phone with him and he said he was SHOCKED at me being denied, he said he will do anything it takes to make sure I get the surgery, he fill they took it out of context and just read a part of his evualuation and not the whole, so I am going to wait and see what happens he is going to call them and talk with them..  Thanks for your responce. 

I know how you feel! They weren't going to approve me cause they wrote down I was diabetic and that I havn't been treated for it. And I am not!
