preferred one deined

my insurance has denied covering my surgery.  i had it 8/6/2008.  i just found out they wont cover it becuse of pre-existing condition.  i did get a pre-approval letter from them.  i am lost on what i should do. for now i am 50,000 in debt.  and help would be greatful

 Have your surgeon's insurance coordinator contact your insurance. If you have a pre-approval letter then they should have to pay for your surgery. Why would your surgeon perform surgery without insurance approval? Mabye someone in your surgeon's office can help you. Best of luck. Insurance companies suck.
