Does anyone who if you have a policy that covers lap band but you have to use there hospital what if they hospital you have to use doesnt do lap band. Are you able to go to a different hospital?

You should direct your question to your insurance company and how they would handle that situation

Under most policies you have to have surgery at the facility that your insurnace in contracted with. If you have a PPO plan, then you should be able to go out of network, you could just end up with more out of pocket cost that way. I would suggest calling your insurance company and asking about the facility that you woud like to go to...ask how much they would pay.
