Lumenos HIA?

Has anyone ever heard of Lumenos Health Insurance through Anthem BCBS? Anyone know what they require or if they cover surgery?

Kimberly there are different option policies through Anthem and their Lumenos Plan, you need to call the number on the back of your card  Specifically ask the Customer Service rep if your PLAN covers WLS or is there a exclusion.   If you find that out you can PM and I can tell you the criteria that has to be met to qualify for WLS
