Preferred One Denial-Minnesota

I was just denied coverage for RNY because I lacked a complete record of 6 months diet regiment. I do have a journal of 6 months of "eating" and have been working with my doctor on and off for the 6 months. Nothing was charted as such. Any good words for me?

Lucille you will need to either have it charted or you will now have to start a 6 month supervised diet program with your PCP  Which I had better news however you can possibly go to www.obesitylaw.com here is what they say on their website about this situation if you want to take that route and not do the 6 month diet  Good luck with whatever you decide

While it is very, very important for patients to go back to their various medical providers to get whatever historical records are available, the fact is many people don't have or cannot locate such records. That should not stop anyone from seeking surgery.
