Any one have OSF Health Plans?

I thought I posted this but I can not find it.  So, If you find this some place else please excuse me  .

I have OSF HMO.  I have spent the summer trying to get approval.  Turns out my pain doc did not chart enough on each visit to get me qualfied. I made an appointment for OCT 6th with my GP to start another diet  .  I need four visits over twelve months with some other details to be approved. 

I know many have been through the same thing but would really like to connect with someone that has the same health plan.  My surgery, if ever, will be at OSF St Francis Hospital in Peoria, Illlinois as I live in the central Illinois area. Thanks, Lisa
