BC/BS of LA...please share experience if any??

Has anyone had any type of experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana...My husband's insurance doesn't have bariatric surgery written in the policy so I'm going to pick up insurance through my employer which is BC/BS of LA if it covers and what the experiences are like!! ANY experience good bad welcome
