cigna conference call

I am scared to death !!!! They are having a conference call  Sept.9 and I am going to be on the line . I am afraid I will answer wrong or something. Why are they doing this ? Is this common?

I wish I had a better answer, but I dunno - might want to ask a wls lawyer like the ones at obesitylaw.com. Hopefully someone comes along with some knowledge of this....

Thanks for answering me.Since I posted that I found out that all second appeals are conference like that. It helps to know that it is common. Now I can just pray that they will approve me this time.  Sherrie

Hi, I am new to the site and just starting my journey but I do have Cigna as my insurance co.  Wanted to know how it went with the conference call?  I am worried I won't get approved.  Thanks for your help in advance.  Good luck
