Insurance surgical codes?

I'm trying to find out if my insurance BCBS of CA covers the revision WLS but they won't tell me anything unless I have the surgical codes that the doctors use to bill? Anyone know where I can find these? I've found that calling the doctors offices isn't working too well.

You may want to ask this on the revision board. They probably will have the codes since they have gone thru it. Also what revision are you looking for. There is some revisions from banding to sleeve on the VSG board. We need to know exacly what you are wanting to do, Skye
