It depends on if they are in with the surgeons office. I was going to one with my PCP and when I went for my appointment with the surgeon I seen the nut instead. I did not get my consult with the surgeon until after I seen his nut and had my physc evaluation. I have one more visit with the nut then they submitt to the INS.  Also if the nut will sign off on it and write a letter stating that you are following all the rules and have been compliant that also helps. The more records that you can get helps in the long run.

well my insurance considers a pre existing condition if you have had "Treatment" three months prior to employment. The only thing I went in for was to see a doctor for a check up in june and I went and saw my nut who is not with the surgeon.
