HAS ANYBODY HEAR OF A BENEFICIARY COUNSELING AND ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR FOR TRICARE ? AND IF YOU HAVE DID YOU USE THEM?

I was assigned one when I had a high risk pregnancy with my youngest child. Don't think I need one for this though. I was seeing many diffrent dr's in several cities with her I think that is why I had one. And to be honest I can't remember ever really using it.

What exactly do they do for you. I am sending in my appeal to TMA and if they aren't going to help me get the surgery i dont want to waste my time with them. I'll just send in my paper work and see what happens from the.
I see your from ks we are trying to move there from cali but cant sell the house.

all they did was make sure i had all my referrals and authorizations in place before my appointments. they did nothing to help with approvals or anything like that.
