Needing a little help.
So its been a while since I last posted but im desperate for help. I've desperatly been trying to have Gastric Bypass but I was recently turned down by my insurance (Blue Cross Blue shield Federal) because I was under 18. I'm going to appeal the denial but I dont know what to write in the letter. So I was hoping I could get some suggestions from you guys.
Anything will help.
