NO bariatric coverage

I don't know what to do my company does not cover any bariatric surgery at all what do i do now.

How big is your company? I'm lobbying for WLS coverage for next year with my company, and so far it seems to be working! See my profile.

In Oct. 2006 I worked for a company who had the very same stipulation.  I was denied because they had a specific rider added to our policy that stated they would not cover anything having to do with weight loss surgery.  I'm sorry I don't have better news, but the only other option I was given was to set up a payment plan and pay out of pocket.  Needless to say I couldn't afford to go that route so here I am 2 years later and still the same big girl I've always been. 

My husband just started a new job so I'm planning to reapply with this new insurance company.  We'll see what happens.
