any one denied by BC BS FEP?

I know there is no pre authorization, however after 30 mins on the phone once again with BCBS trying to figure out what I need and what I dont need. I guess its up to my surgen to decide "What conservative measures are".

This all sucks, Im on pins and needles just waiting for them to say "Hey ok now lets set a date"

Im scared they are going to make me do six months.

FEP is pretty easy to get approved as long as your have a BMI of 40 with no co-morbidites or 35-30 BMI with 2 or more co morbidites.  If you get denied, let me know.   I have experience with working with FEP and the OPM and Directors Office
