BCBS Oregon covering DS???

Does anybody know if BCBS Oregon covers DS?  Thanks!

If it is Regence BCBS of Oregon, it doesn't look like it is covered to me. Here is the link I browsed. I might have missed something though.

Is this something new for regence of oregon to cover bypass? I have checked with them alot and everytime they tell me it is not covered.

Hi, I've got Regence BCBS through PEBB, and I think they just started covering it fairly recently. The last I checked, my policy covers both the RNY and the lap-band, but not the DS. I have heard that Regence has different exclusions depending on the plan your employer has.
