BCBS of AL/PEEHIP

Does anyone have BCBS of AL/PEEHIP? Any comments on how they operate or suggestions on how to work w/ them would be greatly appreciated. I'm really concerned about the 6 month physician supervised diet. Does anyone know any specifics? Thanks.
