Not Sure what to do. Help

I have a question I have yet to see.
July 07 I had went through all the hoops for WLS.
My insurance didnt pay for the required dietian visits or the phycoligist. testing, then I went for the sleep apnea testing of which I have and got a C-pap machine of which came out of my pocket.
Well the Surgeon said I was a good canidate and for seen no problems, the clinic submitted my paper work to BCBS of ND, they denied me. stating my BMI was 39 and that my co-morbids were being controlled my medications.
The letter stated I had to be at a BMI of 35-39 for at least three years.
well my BMI was that in 06, 07.
My question is I have the same insurance BCBS Pers of ND, but my husband now put me on his insurance also through his work, BCBS, now that I have his also can I resubmit my paper work through his policy or would I be wasting my time?

You need to appeal. Go to the light weight forum and they probably will be able to tell you what you need to include in your appeal.
