I need help! Having trouble getting approved by United HealthCare

The Cleveland Clinic originally submitted the incorrect BMI and incomplete file for me at the end of June! I have been going through the appeals process since then. I contacted the Department Administrator at the hospital and he has been very involved through-out this process but I am so frustrated. Monday is the deadline day...I am suppose to recieve my final answer..I dont know if I can handle this! Any suggestions?
