Need advice RE: WLS Lawyer

Hello,  I live in CT and my insurance is Anthem BCS.  My employer dropped the WLS rider 2 years ago and want to appeal the exclusion.  I have consulted with Attorney Gary Viscio.  Can anyone share their experience (positive/negative) with Attorney Viscio?  Need to know what I'm getting into before I invest money.  Sorry Attorney Viscio?

He's great. He got my first surgery approved and I am in the process of hiring him again for my revision. He is worth the $ in my humble opinion.

I can't sing Gary's praises enough!!!  My insurance company jerked me around for approx. two yrs.  I hired him to do my appeal.  I HAVE NOW BEEN APPROVED AND HAVE A SURGERY DATE!!

He'll  be upfront w/you about whether he can help you.   And not charge anything for this. 

He answered all my questions and was patient w/me; even when I e-mailed him a million times.

Does Mr. Viscio work on out of state cases?  I'm in CA trying to get a revision approved.  Also, what is the approx cost, ie I'm wondering if it's more expense to pay for an atty or self pay for surgery.
