Third Level Appeals

Okay after being denied twice by Tricare , I spoke with one of their paralegals handling my case and they told me,"they are sending my request for wls back to the beginning ". Based on new information from my dr they feel I should have never been denied. My question is should I get my hopes up?

I was denied by Tricare two times. On my second appeal I was approved. At first I weighed 202 and am  5'0 tall. I was told by tricare I needed to weigh 213 to qualify. So I gained some weight my doctor resubmitted it and I was approved within a week. Don't give up!
