Anyone have UPMC??? HELP!!

Has anyone used UPMC insurance? I'm at the cutoff point for BMI (despite being heavier in the past) and I am really nervous. But I have gone through the surgeon, six months of classes and weight monitoring, psych eval, and nutrition consult.  HELP!!!!
