Individual Health Insurance?

Anyone pay for individual health insurance knowing that company definitely covered WLS? If so how did you find out? How much was it per month? Thanks

At this point, no individual plans outside of NY city cover WLS, they all specifically include an exclusion. And the trend is now that even small companies with less than 100 employees can't purchase coverage, either, except in states where it is mandated by law. The insurance companies are doing their best to fight paying for coverage tooth and nail.
