Gary: no luck getting a response from your office. Are you here?

Gary, I'm hoping to be able to get a response from you here regarding my appeal. I have tried to contact you through your office/phone/email over a dozen times with no answer, or an answer to call me back yet no calls back. You took my case back in October of 2006, and I haven't gotten any specific answers to my questions. I realize my case is under appeal, and just need to know the status of the case. What more do I need to do from my end? I am willing to write letters, have more physician letters of recommendation for surgery, anything at all that you feel will help my case, I just need to know what to do. I'm floundering here, and all I need is a call back from you or your office. I can see through this board you have helped a lot of people, so I'm not sure why my case is being ignored.
