BCBS Comm Blue

I was just reading another post about employer having less than 100 employees and WLS rider not offered as such.  Is this true for all BCBS plans in all states with less than 100 employees?

I think it is dependent on what your company negotiates in their contract.  I'm sure BC/BS will probably give anybody anything for the right premium  : )
