VSG - confused about insurance code approval

Called United Healthcare today and found out my revision surgery from lap band to vsg is approved.  Here's the catch.  They've approved code 43659 but not code 43848.  What does this mean?  Which code is for the vsg and does this mean I'm approved if they're ok with 43659?  Thanks for any clarity you can provide!

Raines the reason the approved 43659 is because of the following:There is no code that exists for removal and replacement of band and port components; therefore, CPT code 43659, which describes �Removal and replacement of both gastric band and subcutaneous port components,� should be applied..  But I would clarify with the surgeons office that they used the correct coding period and cpt code 43848 is Revision, open, of gastric restrictive procedure for morbid obesity, other than adjustable gastric restrictive device (separate procedure
