What do you think????

Ok, I faxed 30 pages whi*****luded my appeal letter, letter of necessity from my PCP, 9 months of office visits with documentation of low calorie diet and exercise, office notes with weights going back to 2002, nutritionist consult, psych consult and certificates from bariatric group support meetings. I called the nurse assigned to my appeal hearing and she said she received them. My BMI is 45 and I have hypertension, foot problems, GERD, stress urinary incontinence and spinal stenosis and spondylosis.

Does anyone see any reason I should lose my appeal? My policy does not have an exclusion.
